Vouch is a platform that helps businesses collect, manage, and showcase customer testimonials. We provide tools to create review pages, gather authentic reviews from customers, and embed testimonial widgets on your website.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Vouch offers three plans:
Plan features may be updated over time. We'll notify you of significant changes that affect your current plan.
Paid plans are billed monthly. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Vouch to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Vouch enables your customers to submit testimonials to your review pages. Regarding this content:
By using Vouch to collect and display testimonials, you grant Vouch a limited license to store and serve this content as part of providing the service.
Vouch reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms, is illegal, or is harmful.
You agree not to use Vouch to:

Vouch and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Vouch and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without permission.
You retain ownership of the content you create (review pages, testimonials) and grant Vouch only the licenses necessary to provide the service.
We aim to keep Vouch available 24/7, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, upgrades, or experience outages. We're not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Vouch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the platform will meet your specific requirements or that it will be error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vouch's total liability for any claims arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email or through the platform. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
