1. What Vouch Does

Vouch is a platform that helps businesses collect, manage, and showcase customer testimonials. We provide tools to create review pages, gather authentic reviews from customers, and embed testimonial widgets on your website.

2. Account Terms

To use Vouch, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Vouch is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Free Plan and Paid Plans

Vouch offers three plans:

• Free: 1 review page, up to 10 testimonials, Vouch branding included
• Pro ($19/month): Up to 5 review pages, unlimited testimonials, remove Vouch branding, priority support
• Business ($39/month): Unlimited review pages, unlimited testimonials, custom domain, API access, team members

Plan features may be updated over time. We'll notify you of significant changes that affect your current plan.

4. Payments and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Vouch to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Billing terms:

• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law
• If a payment fails, we may suspend access until the payment issue is resolved

All prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes, which may be added depending on your location.

5. User-Generated Content (Reviews and Testimonials)

Vouch enables your customers to submit testimonials to your review pages. Regarding this content:

• You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to collect reviews from your customers
• You must not fabricate, incentivize deceptively, or misrepresent testimonials
• Testimonials must reflect genuine customer experiences
• You control which testimonials are approved and displayed publicly

By using Vouch to collect and display testimonials, you grant Vouch a limited license to store and serve this content as part of providing the service.

Vouch reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms, is illegal, or is harmful.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Vouch to:

• Collect fake or fraudulent testimonials
• Spam customers with unsolicited review requests
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including consumer protection and advertising standards
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to access, probe, or damage our systems or infrastructure
• Scrape or systematically extract data from the platform without authorization
• Resell or sublicense access to the platform without our written permission

Violations may result in immediate account suspension.

7. Intellectual Property

Vouch and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Vouch and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without permission.

You retain ownership of the content you create (review pages, testimonials) and grant Vouch only the licenses necessary to provide the service.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep Vouch available 24/7, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, upgrades, or experience outages. We're not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Vouch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the platform will meet your specific requirements or that it will be error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vouch's total liability for any claims arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email or through the platform. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
